The Mountains are calling and we must Go

A couple weekends ago we were able to go to the cabin for the night and hang out with Grandma and Papa Kelley. We got to go snowmobiling/sledding, relax by the fire and play our favorite card game. Q thinks cabins are the best place on earth....and he may be right.

Quinton has become quite the die hard on the sled. Dad dumped him multiple times and Q got right back on. His glove came off the last time he biffed it and he was ready to go back to the cabin. He must be my child...hates getting cold.

Liam spent most the weekend laying by the fire or being held. It's a pretty hard life for tiny.

He also loved sitting in the high chair like a big boy.

All in all a wonderful weekend. Its always so hard to leave. Thanks Penni and Greg!

Christmas 2011

Christmas morning. Quinton was so excited Santa brought him a power wheel.

Taking a minute to check everything out. He loves the radio. Before he takes off he always has to crank up the tunes.

Liam also loved what Santa brought him. He got a new mobile. He loves to lay in his crib and watch it spin and light up. He also got the adorable little dog scout that talks and sings to him.

With no snow on the ground Q was actually able to go outside and test out his new ride.

To end the day we went up to Rexburg to my grandma's house. They always have a delicious dinner waiting for us. She is one good cook.

We hope everyone had a very merry Christmas. We loved celebrating the birth of our Savior!!!

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we always go out to my parents to open our Christmas eve jammies.

On our way back home we stopped to see Santa. This was so CUTE! You would see him through this window check his list, put presents under the tree and then he would spot you and poof away. It got Quinton super excited for Santa to come to our house later that night.


We enjoyed watching Christmas movies together the rest of the night and reading the story of the birth of our Savior. What better way to end Christmas Eve.

Christmas Parties

We had a fabulous time at all the Christmas Parties our families had. They all happened to fall on the same day so we got to party all day long. First up was the Kelley party. We went bowling, ate pizza at Papa Toms, and then opened some presents. The kids had so much fun bowling and Quinton was in heaven playing with cousins the entire day.

Next up was the Taylor party at my parents house. We ate, went for a sleigh ride, and played games. There's nothing better then spending time with family.

Complete Bliss....

To end the night we went to the Country Club for the Hall Party. We ate dinner and played the left/right game... always a good time. The kids had so much fun running around and playing games with one another. Quinton got a little shy when it was his turn to stand in the middle of the circle and show off his moves. I believe he ended up putting his arms out to his side and spinning like a helicopter. After the Country Club we went to Grandma and Papa Halls to open a couple more gifts.

It was a great day!! Thank you to our wonderful families for all the great memories and gifts!

Videos I love

Quinton loves Basketball and now that the basketball season has started and is on T.V. quite a bit at our house Q has become obsessed once again.

Its a good thing I have Q to entertain this little guy when I am at the grocery store. Liam thinks he is a hoot!!

This last video was at Thanksgiving and Liam thought his cousin Brynlee's baby doll was really funny. I Love Love Love his laugh....nothing better.

Quick Trip

Bran had to go to Twin Falls for work so we decided to tag along with him to keep him company. While he went to work the kids and I had fun swimming and shopping.


Q had a ball playing in the pool all day.

He has finally figured out how to swim/float with his life jacket on. He still got kindof nervous when I let go of him put once he realized he was floating by himself he thought it was so fun.

This ring kept him busy for hours.

It was a short trip but still fun. Anytime a hotel and swimming pool is involved its a good time for me. Apparently we're pretty easy to please.
